We were seen v quickly and staff were understanding and compassionate. Dr seeing my 10 month old son was very good at making him feel at ease. Meds were prepared quickly and we were able to go home
I came in with swollen tonsils, back pain and tummy pain. My doctor was very kind and informative , he checked me over thoroughly and listened to what I had to say and made sure that I was treated with the correct antibiotics.
I went to Coventry a&e the night before and it was very busy, the wait was over 12 hours. So I was glad that when I arrived at Warwick I was seen relatively quick.
Staff superb
Friendly and reassuring
I tell you how it was.
As I am having chemo all the staff kept me safe and reassured at all times.
Nav (who was on her first day there) and Keely were very caring and looked after myself and my husband.
The whole department worked very well on Sunday and all staff very pleasant.
Really tentative staff who were kind, caring and helpful.
Great service
The team at minor injuries were quick and efficient with my care
Everyone I have been in contact with has been very caring. I have some concerns. I broke my arm very badly and had to wait for painkillers for several hours in the waiting room. We managed to find something in our car to support the arm. It would be helpful if someone could assist in the waiting room, since the wait lasts for several hours.
I am now waiting for my operation. It has been postponed three times. Apparently, there is a two week window for operating a bad break. It feels awful to have to wait so long with a painful and badly broken arm. I am booked in for this Friday (the 10th day). At this point I have started to wonder if that will be postponed as well.
Apologies for complaining when everyone I have been in contact with has been so kind. This situation feels very difficult and not right.
Best regards,
Malin Steed
I had a good experience
